Currently serving as a Payroll Consultant and Assistant Project Manager at Tata Consultancy Services, they manage complex payroll implementations and testing for enterprise clients. Prachi’s career began in the telecom industry, where they developed skills in client engagement and service delivery before transitioning to focus on HCM and payroll. They are committed to driving efficient, compliant payroll operations and are keen on advancing into broader Program and Project Management roles within the HR Tech space. Prachi holds a degree from the Great Lakes Institute of Management, Gurgaon, completed in 2023.
