Pradipta Sinha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience, mentorship, and large program delivery. Currently serving as a mentor for NPower students since June 2021, Pradipta also held a significant role on the Customer Experience Advisory Board at Missouri State University from February 2022 to March 2023. Prior to these positions, Pradipta worked at Tata Consultancy Services from August 2010 to October 2016 in various capacities including Delivery Head, Account Owner, and Program Manager, overseeing major projects for clients in the auto finance and banking sectors. Pradipta holds a Master’s degree in IT Management from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Silchar, and a certificate in Customer Experience from Missouri State University.
