Prashant Kumar

Prashant Kumar possesses extensive experience in the automotive sector, having held various managerial roles at Tata Motors from April 2011 to April 2013. As Customer Support Manager, Prashant managed parts and inventory, enhanced customer satisfaction, and led a team to increase product awareness for BS IV projects. Additionally, Prashant took on a special deputation as Territory Sales Manager, focusing on sales initiatives and dealer network management for Sumo Grande. Earlier, Prashant also served as a Manager overseeing production teams and implementing quality improvements. More recently, Prashant worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a Consulting Partner, specializing in Dealer Management services for automotive clients. Prashant holds a PGPEX in Business Administration from IIM Calcutta and a B.Tech in Manufacturing Engineering from NIFFT.
