Rahul Gaur is a Presales Solutions Architect at Tata Consultancy Services, where they focus on ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow. They previously served as a Service Management Senior Analyst at Accenture from 2012 to 2020 and worked as a Technical Support Associate at IBM from 2011 to 2012. Rahul earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, following their early education at D.A.V Public School, where they achieved a first in their SSC.
