Rahul Shankar

Rahul Shankar is a seasoned HR leader with over 18 years of extensive experience in talent management, acquisition, and engagement. They began their career as a summer intern at IPCL, where they worked on competency mapping and training needs identification. At Tata Consultancy Services, Rahul held various roles, including Recruitment Specialist and Head of Talent Acquisition, where they focused on transforming talent acquisition processes and driving engagement initiatives. Currently, they are Head of Talent Acquisition in the Business Transformation Group, leading talent transformation and fostering a culture of mentorship and career progression. Rahul holds a PG Diploma in Personnel Management from the Xavier Institute of Social Service.
