Rajeev Das is the HR Head for TCS Europe, having previously served as the Head of HR for the Asia Pacific region at Tata Consultancy Services from 2019 to 2022. They began their career as an HR Officer at Bharat Petroleum from 1998 to 2002, followed by a notable tenure at TCS from 2002 to 2019, where they held the role of Head of Global Compensation & Benefits. Rajeev earned a degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur between 1996 and 1998.
