Raju Kumar

Raju Kumar has a diverse background in customer service and operations management, beginning as a Phone Banking Officer at Atlas Documentary Facilitators Co. from April 2014 to June 2015, handling account-related queries. Raju advanced to Chargeback Gurus, starting as a Team Lead from July 2015 to July 2020, where responsibilities included training teams and process development, followed by a promotion to Operations Supervisor, focusing on people management and client relations until March 2022.
