Ram MG is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in human resource management and business operations. Beginning as a Management Trainee at Systems in 2006, Ram transitioned to roles at Systems & Solutions Inc. and Ma Foi, where responsibilities included recruitment and HR services for global companies. Ram's expertise further expanded at Ma Foi Randstad, and currently, an Assistant General Manager at Tata Consultancy Services, focusing on end-to-end HR interventions, talent management, and organizational restructuring. Ram holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resource from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, an M.B.A. in Human Resource Management from Annamalai University, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
