Ranjit Kumar

Ranjit Kumar is an experienced database professional with a strong background in Oracle database administration, cloud architecture, and performance tuning. Ranjit held the position of Oracle DMA at Agilent Technology from September 2013 to August 2015, leading a team of junior DBAs and configuring Exadata systems, implementing best practices, and overseeing database cloning and backup activities. At Tata Consultancy Services since April 2012, Ranjit has served in roles including ExaCC database specialist and Cloud DB Architect, focusing on database consolidation, performance improvements, and various database administration tasks. Ranjit's expertise extends to RMAN backup recovery, hybrid columnar compression, and PL/SQL development. Ranjit also holds dual Master’s degrees in Computer and Computer Science from KIIT and Utkal University, respectively.
