Remya Vr has extensive experience in payroll and HR operations, having worked as a Subject Matter Expert in HR Operations at Cognizant from March 2020 to November 2023. Prior to this role, Remya held the position of Payroll Associate at Zellis from October 2017 to October 2019, focusing on end-to-end UK payroll processing. Currently, Remya serves as a Business Process Lead at Tata Consultancy Services, with responsibilities including payroll processing that adheres to HMRC guidelines and expertise in various payroll and HR applications such as Oracle, Dynamics 365, and SAP.
