Previously, Leick served as the Manager for End User Devices at Cargill from 2011 to 2025, overseeing a global team managing 75,000 devices across multiple countries. With extensive experience in IT consulting and project management, Leick has led significant networking projects during large acquisitions and managed various engineering teams. Leick holds a BA in Physics from Augsburg College, where education was completed in 1992.
