Roel Worms

Roel Worms has a solid background in IT and change management, beginning with a Management Trainee position at Exel from February 2002 to February 2004, where Roel worked on projects including the setup of an Activity Based Costing model. Following this, Roel served as an IT Business Process Analyst at DHL from February 2004 to February 2008, focusing on business process analysis for the BeNeLux region, particularly in WMS implementation and go-live support. At IBM, Roel held multiple titles, including Sr Consultant and Managing Consultant from March 2008 to January 2013, with a primary focus on designing and delivering change management programs for digital transformations. Currently, Roel is working as an Organisational Change Manager at Tata Consultancy Services since July 2022. Roel holds an Ing degree in Logistics, Transport, and Production from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, which was completed between 1999 and 2002.
