Roy Francis

Roy Francis is a seasoned professional in Corporate Real Estate, Facility Management, and Workplace Services, currently serving as Head Facilities at Tata Consultancy Services. Experienced in due diligence for real estate acquisitions and lease management, Roy has held significant leadership roles within JLL and TCS. With over two decades of service in the Indian Navy, including 15 years on submarines, Roy honed their leadership and communication skills in high-pressure environments.
