Rupam Dhara

Rupam Dhara is a seasoned professional with a strategic mindset and extensive experience in HR, IT, and operations transformation. They have held various roles, including Project Manager and Assistant General Manager at Tata Consultancy Services, as well as positions at CITI Technologies, Reliance Capital, and others. Rupam completed a Diploma in Business Administration at the Principal L N Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research in 2019 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Model College, Dombivli. Currently, they are pursuing their 10th Standard at Kendriya Vidyalaya.
