Sandhya Singh has a diverse background in human resources and recruitment, having held positions in various companies. At LUDIFU, Sandhya focused on HR Employee Branding for a brief period in early 2021. Following that, a recruitment role at KalonGens involved developing and facilitating the recruitment process, including collaborating with department managers on job descriptions and hiring criteria. In mid-2021, Sandhya worked freelance for ShareTM. Additionally, experience as a Human Resource Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Recruiter was gained at Tata Consultancy Services in December 2022. Sandhya holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Management Studies, DAVV, Indore, and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Govt.
