Sean Lim

Sean Lim is a seasoned executive currently serving as Director at Tata Consultancy Services since January 2021, where leadership and strategies are provided to drive growth in the public sector business. Previously, Sean established a new business unit as Head of Public Sector, overseeing governmental, educational, and quasi-governmental initiatives in Singapore. Experience includes roles as Member of the IT Committee at Bizlink Centre Singapore Limited, Program Director at GovTech Singapore, Director and Chief Information Officer at VITAL, Head of IT at the Ministry of Finance, and Program Director at Synapxe. Sean holds a Master’s degree in Knowledge Management from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computing from Monash University.
