Shailendra Jain is the Head of Advanced Analytics at Tata Consultancy Services, where since July 2011, leadership has been provided to a team specializing in data science, Generative AI development, and data analytics. Shailendra has architected and deployed multiple Agentic AI solutions, achieving over 20% productivity gains in Data Analytics and Master Data Management projects, while also delivering significant business benefits using advanced techniques in Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning, and MLOps. Prior to this role, Shailendra served as a Software Development Manager at Oracle from April 2004 to March 2010, leading the development of key features.
