Shama Chalke is a member of Tata Administrative Services (TAS) since 2019 and currently works in the CHRO's office at Tata Consultancy Services, focusing on HR transformation initiatives for the US geography team. With a diverse background in HR covering areas such as organizational development, employee experience, and talent management, Shama has earned two Master's degrees from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and St. Xavier's College. Recognized as the First Runner-Up for the Ram Charan Young HR Icon Award in 2019, Shama also holds a Bachelor of Arts (History) from Mumbai University, graduating First Class First in 2013.
