With a tenure at Tata Consultancy Services from January 2018 to December 2020, Shardul held various leadership roles, including Program Project Manager, Head of Industry Transformation & Pre-Sales and Solutions, and Enterprise Solution Architect, focusing on customer engagement, strategy development, and IT infrastructure solutions. Prior to TCS, Shardul worked at Avaya as a Systems Engineer and at Hexaware Technologies as a Sr Systems Engineer, specializing in VoIP and telecom implementations.
