Shashank Sharma

Shashank Sharma has extensive experience in operations and business analysis, beginning as a Deputy Manager at ACC Limited from July 2011 to April 2017, where responsibilities included sourcing operations, MIS reporting, and demand forecasting. Currently, Shashank serves as an Assistant Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services since March 2019, acting as a business analyst for internal IT projects for a Big 4 accounting firm, facilitating the delivery of data encryption tools for GDPR compliance, and managing a system of records for over 2000 applications on Azure DevOps. Shashank also contributed to political campaign design and execution as a Core Team Member at the Indian Political Action Committee from July 2018 to February 2019. Academically, Shashank holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy, and an MBA in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
