Shavej Shaikh is an accomplished engineer, author, speaker, and leader dedicated to fostering innovation and positive change. Currently serving as the Lead in Clinical Systems R&D at Tata Consultancy Services, Shavej drives the modernization and integration of Clinical Data Systems while mentoring cross-functional teams. Previously held roles at Cognizant included Product Integrator and Associate Team Lead, focusing on delivering high-quality, compliant solutions in clinical study delivery. A passionate advocate for youth empowerment, Shavej founded APJ Abdul Kalam's Wings Group, inspiring young individuals through community engagement and authored the motivational book "Stubborn Steps Towards Success."
