Sheetal Rajani

Sheetal Rajani is an accomplished HR practitioner currently serving as the Regional HR Head for Chennai and the Global Head of Engagement with Purpose at Tata Consultancy Services. In this role, they manage HR operations for over 82,000 associates and are responsible for developing employee engagement strategies. With 20 years of diverse HR experience, Sheetal has held various leadership positions at TCS, including overseeing Talent Management and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. They hold a Master’s in Business Administration specializing in Systems and HR from Bharathiar University and are passionate about people development and continuous learning.
