Sheetal Sow

Sheetal Sow has extensive experience in customer service and public relations, beginning with roles at Sitel and J.P. Morgan as a Customer Service Professional and Customer Service Executive, respectively. Following this, Sheetal held the position of Senior Customer Relation Officer at Epicenter Technologies and later transitioned to a PR Executive role at Infinite Expressions, where responsibilities included writing press releases, managing events, and maintaining media relations. Currently, Sheetal has served as an Auditor at Tata Consultancy Services since 2014. Additionally, experience includes an internship at LinOpinion GH, providing support for major clients like Sony PlayStation. Sheetal holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Media with a focus on Advertising from Smt K.G. Mittal College and previously completed HSC in Biology at Elphistone College.
