Shipra Oberoi

Shipra Oberoi is an experienced finance transformation leader with a strong background in intelligent process automation and service delivery management. With a career spanning over 16 years, Shipra served as an Engagement Manager at Tata Consultancy Services, focusing on the BFSI sector and finance transformation initiatives from April 2022 to September 2023. Prior to this role, Shipra spent nearly eight years at Cognizant Technology Solutions as Deputy General Manager, where efforts were concentrated on driving innovation through Robotic Process Automation and enhancing IT applications. Additionally, as Service Delivery Manager, Shipra led finance operations for a major insurance client. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Manager at Genpact India Pvt. Ltd., overseeing multiple finance portfolios for General Electric Energy Financial Services.
