Later, in various roles including Scrum Master and Business Analyst, Shiva led teams, facilitated Agile methodologies, managed client relationships, and enhanced stakeholder engagement. As a Marketing Manager, Shiva also contributed to digital and content marketing for TCS's Manufacturing Business Unit.
