Shivaji Basu possesses extensive experience in project management and engineering, beginning as an Assistant Engineer in Purchase at Bosch India from 1997 to 2000. Following this, Shivaji worked as an Assistant System Analyst at Patni Computer Systems Ltd from 2002 to 2004. Since September 2013, Shivaji has been employed at Tata Consultancy Services, currently holding the title of Project Manager, responsible for managing the offshore delivery of a large transformation program for a European steel major. Additionally, from October 2023 to January 2024, Shivaji served as a Delivery Partner and has also taken on roles such as Associate Consultant and Delivery Head for SAP in the Energy and Resources sector, while managing an implementation project for a bike manufacturer in Italy. Shivaji holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka (1993 - 1997) and an MBA from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research (2000 - 2002).
