Shruti Maru

Shruti Maru has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in talent engagement and management. At Tata Consultancy Services from November 2015 to September 2019, Shruti held multiple roles including HR (Region) Talent Engagement, HR Lead and Talent Management Officer, HR Recruiter-TAG, and focused on Digital HR and HR Digitization. Prior experience includes a summer internship at Deutsche Bank in May 2012, where Shruti worked on a project to enhance performance management strategies. Shruti holds a PGDM in Human Resources Development from K.J. Somaiya Institute Of Management Studies And Research (2011-2013) and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Banasthali Vidyapith (2008-2011).
