Sooraj RS

Sooraj RS is currently leading the People Transition and Change Management Consulting team at Tata Consultancy Services, specializing in TUPE and change management in the UK and Ireland. Prior to this role, Sooraj held various positions at TCS, including HR Operations Lead and Sourcing Lead, where they focused on talent acquisition and employee transition during mergers and acquisitions. Sooraj earned an MBA with specializations in Human Resources and Finance and holds a BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Additionally, they served as President of The People Tree, an HR club during their MBA studies, and completed an HR internship at METRO Cash & Carry India, where they revamped induction and mentoring programs.
