Sridhar Iyer

Sridhar Iyer has over 18 years of experience in the fields of operations and management, including roles at Aon Hewitt as a Subject Matter Expert, where the transition of Air Canada Payroll to Hewitt Associates was a key contribution. Subsequent positions included Assistant Unit Manager at Mphasis, Manager at WNS, and Team Coach at Accenture, where significant improvements in process quality were achieved through training and client interactions. Currently, Sridhar serves as the Head of Operations at Tata Consultancy Services, overseeing various bid types and leading business transformations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Commerce in Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai, complemented by early schooling at South Indian Association High School.
