Sriram Joshi

Sriram Joshi is the Head of HR for the Communication, Media and Information Services (CMI) Business Group at Tata Consultancy Services. They have over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, having managed various functions including talent acquisition, deployment HR, and talent management across multiple regions. Sriram has held several significant roles within TCS, including Business HR Head for an independent operating unit and APAC Resource Management Head. Currently, they lead initiatives in HR digitization, employee costing, and change management, and continue to seek new challenges in their career.
