Srusha Kale is an experienced Instructional Designer with a significant background in creating engaging eLearning courses and training materials. Srusha has worked at the Mumbai Educational Trust, MET League of Colleges from September 2012 to March 2024, and previously served as a Senior Instructional Designer at HDFC Bank from June 2018 to June 2021, where Srusha collaborated with graphic designers to develop training solutions for bank employees. Srusha's journey in instructional design began as an intern at AMMACHI Labs in 2012, and currently holds the position of Lead Instructional Designer at Tata Consultancy Services since June 2021, focusing on advanced eLearning delivery across diverse demographics.
