Stephani Born Brenner

Stephani Born Brenner is a Human Resources Analyst with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development. They began their career at The Nielsen Company, where they led recruitment processes in Chile and Peru. Stephani later served in various roles, including as the General Director of BoxTI, a consultancy focused on HR transformation through technology. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Tata Consultancy Services, managing internal recruitment for the Global Accounts team. Stephani earned a degree in Psychology and a Master's in Organizational Psychology from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
