Subhash Kumar

Subhash Kumar, GPHR, is a seasoned human-resources leader with over two decades of diverse experience across multiple industries, including Information Technology, Automobile, and Pharmaceuticals. Currently serving as Head Business HR for the Enterprise Solutions Units at Tata Consultancy Services Ltd., Subhash has previously held key roles in HR operations and talent management, particularly for the Latin America region. Subhash began their career with Cadila Pharmaceuticals and further honed their skills at Honda Siel Cars India. They hold a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Delhi University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the Xavier Institute of Social Service.
