Sudhanshu Kumar has diverse experience in engineering and software development, beginning with a foundational education at Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneswar, from July 2015 to June 2019. Sudhanshu completed training in conventional and non-conventional machining at Central Tool Room & Training Centre in January 2017. A summer trainee position at NTPC Limited in May 2017 provided insights into power plant operations, particularly in boiler, coal handling, and ash handling processes. Additional summer training at Indian Railways in May 2018 focused on railway workshops and carriage repairs. Sudhanshu served as a Graduate Engineering Trainee and Production Engineer at Steel Strips Wheel Limited from June 2019 to June 2020, followed by an Angular Developer role at Infosys Limited from April 2022 to December 2024, gaining two years of experience in Angular development.
