Sudhir Datir

Sudhir Datir is a seasoned Banking Transformation Lead with over 24 years of experience in orchestrating global core banking transformations for Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks across multiple continents. Currently serving as the Head of Product Management for Core Banking Platforms in the Americas at Tata Consultancy Services, they specialize in product strategy and core modernization. Sudhir has previously managed core banking operations at Axis Bank and led project finance business development at Kotak Mahindra Bank. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering and an MBA from Amravati University and Savitribai Phule Pune University, respectively.
