Sujit Mukherjee is the Head of Delivery Excellence and Risk Management, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Quality at Genpact. They hold an MBA with dual specializations in Marketing and Human Resources, complemented by over 14 years of experience in the ITES/BPO and healthcare sectors. A Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Sujit has led numerous Lean and Six Sigma projects and has domain expertise in Utilities, Finance & Accounting, and Customer Support. They have also held key positions at notable companies such as Wipro, Tata Consultancy Services, and Apollo Hospitals.
