Swapnil Sonkusare

Swapnil Sonkusare is currently serving as a Major Incident Manager at Tata Consultancy Services since September 2024. Prior to this role, Swapnil gained extensive experience in the Network Operations Center, holding positions such as NOC Administrator and Network Operations Center Engineer at Synacor from April 2018 to December 2024, and worked as an Incident Coordinator at Reliance JIO from August 2015 to April 2018. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Network Engineer at GTL Limited from January 2014 to June 2015 and as a Trainee at Omega Process from November 2013 to May 2014. Swapnil holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering, completed in May 2012.
