Swati Tare

Swati Tare is currently the Assistant General Manager at Tata Consultancy Services, bringing 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical and clinical data management. Previously, Swati managed data teams and developed SOPs at SIRO Clinpharm Pvt Ltd and held roles as a research scientist at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals and Hoechst Marion Roussell. Their expertise encompasses project management, client management, and functional excellence, always striving for effective and lean processes by blending technical and scientific knowledge. Swati earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Nagpur University, where they also completed an M.Sc. in Biochemistry.
