Toni Gapas

Toni Gapas is a seasoned Training and Quality Manager with extensive experience in U.S. healthcare training, specializing in revenue cycle management and durable medical equipment. Over the past decade, Toni has developed training materials and curricula, managed training operations across multiple sites, and led numerous process improvement projects. Previous roles include Training Lead at GeBBS Healthcare Solutions and Training Manager at Wipro, where Toni effectively managed teams and implemented successful training initiatives.
