Upender Singh

Upender Singh is currently the National Exam Security Force Head at Tata Consultancy Services, overseeing security operations at over 500 assessment centers and managing more than 3,000 security guards daily. With a strong background in physical security, compliance, and crisis management, Upender has successfully implemented innovative security strategies and streamlined processes within the organization. Upender's past roles include Project Manager Security and National Head of Physical Security for TCS iON, where they led the nationwide deployment of security personnel for high-stakes examinations. Upender holds several diplomas and degrees, including a Diploma in Industrial Safety and a Master’s in English Literature.
