Usha Sidhwani

Usha Sidhwani has a diverse background in payroll and HR administration, having held positions in several prominent companies. Usha worked as a Senior Executive at ICICI Bank from January 2020 to March 2022, and prior to that served as a Recovery Specialist at Accenture from May 2017 to March 2019. After transitioning to Wipro, Usha focused on payroll as a Payroll Specialist from March 2022 to April 2024, where Usha gained experience in HR administration and the end-to-end payroll process while also learning about taxes. Currently, Usha is employed at Tata Consultancy Services as a Payroll Specialist since May 2024, continuing to handle payroll and leave processes.
