Valery Rusakov

Valery Rusakov, CFA, has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and investment advisory, currently leading mid-sized M&A projects at Tata Consultancy Services since October 2020. Prior to this role, Valery served as a VC Advisor at Cambridge Capital LLC, identifying potential investment targets in supply chain technology. Valery's background includes a Vice President position at Novus Capital, where 30+ M&A transactions were successfully executed across pharmaceutical, healthcare, and technology sectors. Early career experience includes advisory roles at BIC Securities and JSC RUSNANO, alongside foundational work in business valuation and auditing at EY and Deloitte. Valery holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a focus on Corporate Finance from the State University — Higher School of Economics.
