Varun Arora

Varun Arora has extensive experience in Human Resources, particularly in Total Rewards, with a career spanning from April 2012 to the present. Varun began as a Summer Intern at POWERGRID, contributing insights on HR systems during a project. In March 2012, Varun served as the Student Coordinator for the HR Club at Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, organizing key events and initiatives. Varun joined Tata Consultancy Services in April 2016, progressing from Assistant Manager HR to Senior Manager and then Manager for Total Rewards India before taking on the role of ANZ Lead for Total Rewards in July 2019.
