Vasudev Ch

Vasudev Ch has extensive experience in the human resources field, beginning as an HR trainee at TVS Logistics Services Ltd in 2013 and gaining further experience through internships at TI Cycles of India and Perfetti Van Melle. From July 2015 to August 2018, Vasudev served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Tata Consultancy Services, where responsibilities included managing HR interventions for over 1500 employees, addressing grievances, and identifying training needs. Subsequently, Vasudev progressed to roles such as Head of the Talent Acquisition Group for Asia Pacific, demonstrating expertise in hiring trends within the IT and services sector, and Recruitment Lead focused on experienced professional hiring across multiple business units. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from DG Vaishnav College and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda College.
