Veena Gupta

Veena Gupta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in delivery excellence and program governance, currently serving as the Head of Delivery Excellence and Program Governance as well as the Global Head of TCS iON Academy at Tata Consultancy Services since March 2016. Gupta has spearheaded strategic initiatives, winning multiple Brandon Hall Awards for innovations in gamified assessments and certification programs. Prior roles include Segment Director at TCS iON, Lead of iON Academy, and Client Partner, where Gupta was instrumental in managing key client relationships and enhancing operational processes. With a strong educational background including a Leadership & Strategic Management program from the Jack Welch Management Institute and a Bachelor's in Computers from VJTI, Gupta's expertise encompasses IT transformation, content design for ERP solutions, and comprehensive training development for global deployment.
