Vidhya Iyer is currently the TAG Sourcing Head in the CMI unit at Tata Consultancy Services, where they handle middle and senior-level IT recruitment for the Salesforce portfolio. With a background in HR, Vidhya has previously served as a Resource Manager and Performance Manager at Tata Consultancy Services, focusing on staffing processes and performance analysis. They began their career as a Recruitment Specialist at Conscript, managing sourcing and staffing for notable clients. Vidhya is also pursuing degrees in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Mumbai and Welingkar Institute of Management.
