Vijai Krishna

Vijai Krishna brings extensive experience in engineering management, particularly in the automotive sector. As the Head of Department for Vehicle Engineering Design Operations at Tata Consultancy Services from October 2019 to December 2022, Vijai led a team of over 130 engineers in collaboration with General Motors, focusing on delivery and innovation. Prior roles at General Motors included Engineering Manager positions overseeing dimensional engineering, body and exterior design, and virtual design integration across various vehicle subsystems in North America, Korea, and Europe. Early in the career, Vijai served as a Design Engineer at EASi, supporting manufacturing engineering at General Motors. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from PES University and a Micromasters in Statistics and Data Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
