Virendra Rathi

Virendra Rathi is currently the Delivery Head at Tata Consultancy Services, specializing in Process Excellence, Project Management, Business Transformation, and Lean methodologies. They have held various leadership positions at Tata Consultancy Services, including Associate Vice President and Master Black Belt, where they led process excellence initiatives across multiple locations. Prior to TCS, Virendra managed strategy for Six Sigma deployment at Crompton Greaves Limited. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Amravati University and are a certified PMP from the Project Management Institute.
