Vivek Vardhan is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in Microsoft Messaging and Collaboration Services. With a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Vivek began a career in HCL Technologies as a Specialist, focusing on Exchange 2010 and Blackberry Enterprise Server troubleshooting. Following this role, Vivek served as a Software Engineer at Accenture, managing Exchange 2010 infrastructure for over 30,000 mailboxes. Vivek later advanced to IBM as a Subject Matter Expert, overseeing the administration and maintenance of Exchange and Office 365 infrastructure for more than 100,000 mailboxes.
