Wayne Mack is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program delivery and enterprise transformation within the technology consulting sector. At Accenture from October 2018 to February 2021, Wayne served as Program Delivery Lead for FMC, overseeing a team of 475 employees in a global SAP S/4HANA implementation, and held roles including Northeast SAP Program Delivery Domain Lead and Quality Assurance Director, managing various project teams and advising on risk mitigation.
